1. Acceptance of Terms

A.I. Tech Inc. provides:

• Business and operational consulting
• AI workflow audits
• AI roadmaps
• Advisory and implementation support (as agreed per engagement)

All services are advisory in nature.

3. No Professional Guarantees

Our services involve professional judgment based on information provided by clients and our experience.

Accordingly:

• Recommendations and insights are not guarantees of outcomes
• Results depend on execution, internal decisions, and external factors beyond our control
• You remain responsible for all business decisions and implementations

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

A.I. Tech Inc. may use AI tools internally to support analysis and drafting.

Important clarifications:

• AI does not act autonomously
• AI does not make final decisions
• All client deliverables are reviewed and approved by human consultants
• AI outputs are provided as decision support, not automated advice

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
• Ensure you have the right to share any information provided
• Maintain appropriate internal access controls
• Use our deliverables responsibly and within your organization

We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A.I. Tech Inc. retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally for their business purposes
• Clients may not resell, publish, or redistribute our materials without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• A.I. Tech Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A.I. Tech Inc. from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of deliverables
• Violation of these Terms
• Inaccurate or unauthorized information you provide

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
